Find Essential Tour Information

Are the tours suitable for everyone?

Yes! The City Walk is easy for all ages. The Fløya hike is an easy to moderate hike - we take the safest and most scenic route, not the steep stairs. You don´t need to be in top shape; we always adapt the pace to the group.

Why book a guided hike to Fløya instead of going on your own?

With a guide you’ll feel safer, discover hidden paths with better views, and avoid the crowded stairs. Plus, our guides share local stories about Tromsø and Norway along the way – turning the hike into a cultural experience, not just a walk.

Can children join the tours?

Yes! Families with children are very welcome. The city walk is perfect for all ages, and for the Fløya hike we adjust the pace to make sure everyone enjoys the experience.

What language are the tours in?

All tours are in English. Private tours in other languages can be arranged on request.

Do i need special equipment for the hike?

No, just good shoes and clothes suitable for Arctic weather. For the snowshoe tours, all necessary equipment is provided.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety always comes first. If the conditions are unsafe, we´ll reschedule or offer a refund.

How do i book?

Click the ¨Book Now¨button on the tour you want - you’ll be taken directly to our GetYourGuide page for more info and secure booking.
